- Burghley Living is offering to pay your Stamp Duty Land Tax in full after the new rates come into effect on 01/04/25.
- This offer is only available if, after buying the Burghley Living property, it is the only residential property you own.
- The maximum value of which Burghley Living will contribute is £8,300.
- This offer is only available on new reservations made between 01/03/25 – 31/05/25, with legal completion taking place on or before 30/09/25.

Service Charges Paid For Two Years
- Burghley Living is offering to pay 100% of your service charge for a period of 2 years or until a change of ownership.
- This offer is only available on new reservations made between 01/03/25 – 31/05/25, with legal completion taking place on or before 30/09/25.
- Any reservations made prior to the specified offer start date, or after the specified offer reservation date stated above, shall not be eligible for this offer.
- The amount of service charge applicable as part of this offer varies by development and apartment type.
- Burghley Living will make payment of the service charge directly to the management company ‘Select Retirement Services’ on the date it is due for a period of no more than 2 years.
- You will receive confirmation that your service charge has been paid, on or after the date in which it is due for the period in which Burghley Living is responsible for paying.
- After a period of 2 years the service charge will become the full responsibility of the owner of the Burghley Living apartment.

- You will be provided with the choice of six carpet colours from a supplier of Burghley Living’s choice and fitted by a provider of Burghley Living choice.
- You will be provided with the choice of curtain types from a supplier of Burghley Living’s choice and fitted by a provider of Burghley Living’ choice.
- You will be provided with the choice of light fittings from a supplier of Burghley Living’s choice and fitted by a provider of Burghley Living’s choice.
- Burghley Living have the right to change the amount or type of choices available in this offer, at any time during which the offer is available.

Rent for Less – Offer Terms and Conditions
Move for Less Scheme
- Burghley Living is offering to contribute up to £2,000 in total towards the renter’s choice of the following services:
- Contribution towards removal costs
- Handyman service (up to half a day)
- Contribution towards estate agent fees (if selling a property to rent with Burghley Living)
- This offer is only available on new rental reservations made between 01/03/25 – 31/05/25, with tenancy agreements signed and the move-in date taking place on or before 30/09/25.
- Any reservations made before 01/03/25 or after 31/05/25 shall not be eligible for this offer.
- The total contribution cannot exceed £2,000 per rental agreement and can be allocated across one or more of the eligible services at the renter’s discretion.
- Costs must be pre-approved by Burghley Living before funds are allocate
- Payments will be made directly to the service provider or reimbursed upon proof of payment, subject to prior agreement.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer unless expressly stated by Burghley Living.
- The offer is not available on resale properties or for existing tenants renewing their rental agreement.
- The offer is non-transferable and may be withdrawn at any time at Burghley Living’s sole discretion.

- If you refer a friend or relative to Burghley Living who goes on to purchase an apartment, you will be entitled to £500 gift voucher of your choice.
- This offer is for brand new introductions only to Burghley Living; details that are not previously registered with our business.
- Only one £500 gift voucher will be issued per legal completion.
- Vouchers will be issued within 14 days of legal completion of the purchase.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Local Business Referral Scheme
Burghley Living Business Referral Scheme – Offer Terms and Conditions
- Burghley Living will pay a maximum of £500 per introduction which will be split equally between the Business owner and the member of staff that introduces the purchaser.
- The referral must lead to the purchase of an apartment at Burghley Living.
- Payments will be made upon the successful legal completion of the purchase.
- This scheme is for enquirers that have not previously registered their interest in Burghley Living.
- Burghley Living reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
